The Protégé Project

Winning the YKK Accessories Award at GFW 2018 has opened up many opportunities for me to showcase my work and to network with the industry. It provided me with the opportunity to work with the award sponsor YKK towards an exhibition of my award-winning collection at their London Showroom. I have also since been accepted on the Protégé Project; a two-year mentoring program organized by the Graduate Fashion Foundation in order to support new graduates with their transition from education to working in the fashion industry. I also exhibited my work at the annual Graduate Fashion Week Houses of Parliament Reception in November 2018; an industry event created to celebrate design talent discovered at GFW 2018. All in all The Graduate Fashion Foundation has offered me a lot of support since my award and I'm very grateful for every opportunity.
